WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?
Our pieces are handcrafted using high-quality materials including 14K gold-filled, 14K Gold Plated, 18K yellow gold, .925 silver, Raw Brass, sem-precious stones and resin. The exact materials associated with each style are listed on the product details page.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECES?
To keep your styles looking new, give them a break and store them neatly when not in use. We recommend storing them in the non-tarnish pouch provided in most orders. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics when wearing fashion jewelry, this includes lotions, sunscreen and perfume.
Jewelry that is not solid gold, gold-filled or .925 silver should be removed while swimming, showering, exercising and washing your hands. If your fashion jewelry, should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural PH level.
To clean your jewelry, wipe with a jewelry cleaning cloth. We provide you a strip of jewelry cleaning cloth with your order to get you started.

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED?
Bummer, your purchase arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. No worries, contact us within 3 days of product delivery with pictures that clearly show the damaged product or the wrong item received. We will ship you a replacement or issue a store credit if the item is no longer available.
Submit damage or wrong item request at the Online Returns Center for a store credit.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover), Paypal, and Afterpay. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. After you submit your order click the "Proceed to Paypal" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card. All purchases are immediately billed and will show on your credit card statement as Weekend Gal.
